In this week’s episode we look at the second letra of the danced Alegrias - how to get into it, the letra itself, and what happens after. The accompaniment of the cante is the same as in the first letra - you can review that here: https://learn.flamencoexplained.com/videos/cante-alegrias - but getting into and out of the 2nd letra is a bit different, and can take a bit of getting used to if you’re new to the Subida (speeding up). Also there are a few options after the 2nd letra so watch to hear the guys discuss what might happen next!
